Vendor Onboarding Requirements: 

To ensure the highest standards of professionalism and trust within our network, all prospective vendors are required to submit the following documentation for review:​​​​​

1. Business Incorporation Paperwork: Official documentation proving your business is legally registered and in good standing.

2. Insurance Protocols: Proof of comprehensive liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $5,000,000. Please provide current Certificate of Insurance (COIs) naming Colossus as an additional insured. 

3. Picture ID of CEO/Principal: A clear, government-issued photo identification of the Chief Executive Officer or primary business principal. 

4. Company Logo: High-resolution image of your company logo for our vendor directory and potential promotional materials. 

5. Executive Summary of Past Events & Experience: A concise overview (maximum 2 pages) detailing your company's relevant experience, highlighting significant past events, past events, client testimonials (if applicable), and your unique capabilities. Please focus on projects that demonstrate your capacity for high-level productions.
